[openstreetmap-website] Signup via oauth cycle broken (#307)

The referer is part of the link, which comes with the confirmation mail. We do not use this parameter. What we do is:

Send the user to osm via oauth.
Then the user realizes: need to signup at osm first.
Signes up
confirmes email
OLD: User gets redirected to the oauth screen asking for permissions.
NEW: User sees profile page

Maybe the links in the confirmation mail changed?
