[openstreetmap-website] Signup via oauth cycle broken (#307)

I don't know if this flow also broke, but the flow of sending people to the oauth page and if necessary have them register also used to work and might still do so.

Furthermore, doing it this way round should make it more obvious to people that they can use e.g. "login with google" or "login with yahoo" which makes the sign-up process much easier (It auto fills in the forms and you don't need to verify your email).
