[openstreetmap-website] Signup via oauth cycle broken (#307)

The link is the same, as the one on the OSM Sign In page. And this very link is not signed either. The wheelmap server does a signed request to get an OSM request token. With this token the user is send to the OSM oauth end point. Nonetheless, I'm gonna try the sign-up/sign-in cycle without my crafted link. For this i will use the link provided  on the osm sign in page. If this brings the user back to wheelmap after signing up on osm, i'll be happy.
