[openstreetmap-website] Redesign (#498)

I'm seeing buggy behavior in Safari 7.0 (9537.71). When I first load the site, I see z0 tiles for the whole world, showing a strip of little earths across the page. Chrome (28.0.1500.71) shows me Northern Europe.

When I search for “Oakland” and click on the first result, both browsers do nothing.
