[openstreetmap-website] Display Name should be "username" (#533)

Well this interacts with the long term discussion we've had about whether there should be a real username that is permanent and unchangeable, alongside the current display name.

The current system is basically a major pain, because it breaks URL stability, but it's basically the result of a lot of history and there are no easy fixes.
