 Thank you, Tom!

 Works as expected. Tested with FF25 (with NoScript and the secure setting)
 and chromium 30 on Linux. The session cookie is valid for 1 month, as
 before. And NoScript secures and unsecures it (upon detecting the move
 `HTTPS->HTTP`).

 41e45ba] seems to be the changeset removing the _osm_username cookie.
