[openstreetmap-website] Menu overlapping on Opera with sidebar opened (#559)

With the italian version the menu doesn't overlap anymore at viewport > 1080px, checked on Chrome.
(on translatewiki, the string "layouts.copyright" is still "Copyright & License" also in english.. which is the string used into the menu?)
