[openstreetmap-website] "Application Error" if searching for an interpolated house number (#560)

This also happens with geonames results and lat/lon results - anything which doesn't relate to an OSM object.

We need to make it (a) zoom to that location and show a marker and (b) make the URL on the result a link to the map view rather than `/search` and also make it not use `minlat` etc that don't exist anymore.
