Comment:

 So the key problem is that we don't recursively retrieve relation details,
 as that would be very expensive, so when a relation only contains other
 relations there is no bounding box that we can use to provide those links
 or position the map.

 I've fixed things in [changeset:e19e996/rails] to properly remove the
 "Loading..." message in this case but that's about the best we can do.

 That relation looks like it is a "category" or "collection" anyway, which
 is not what relations are intended to be used for...
