 For correcting "notes" from osm.org, the map is browsed at a low zoom
 level, but after reading the note text, it is usually necessary to zoom in
 to closer view the zone. Zooming in is unpractical (scale 8 to scale 18).
 I suggest to add a control in the popup to automatically zoom to scale 18
 or 19.

 (An alternative would be a link to directly load the close zone in JOSM
 (or P2, iD…))
