[openstreetmap-website] Redesign (#498)

Tested on http://redesign.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/

I clicked "History", then "About", and then browser back. I was returned to the correct history URL, but the only content on the page was this snippet:

```

Reproed only on Google Chrome v30 (Windows & iPad); did not occur on Safari (iPad), Firefox (Windows), or IE.
