 I'm using a Windows 7 laptop with a 1680x1050 display here.  A non-full-
 screen window, created at about the size I'd normally create it as (see
 attached) is 812 pixels high.

 Unfortunately as you can see the menu doesn't fit on the screen - it is
 cut off below "map notes".  There is an extra scroll bar - but who expects
 to have to scroll a menu?  It is difficult to imagine a screen on which
 this would fit (for a person who's sized browser contents based on average
 eyesight).

 Can the pictures on the menu be removed if the menu as a whole wouldn't
 otherwise fit on the screen?  They add essentially no value.
