[openstreetmap-website] Disable automatic gravatar opt-in, as it violates the privacy policy (#519)

I've seen (and use) multiple websites where my gravatar (related to my e-mail address) automatically pops up and that's what I expect after deciding to use gravatar service - I don't want to be concerned with any site-specific opt-in - I already opted in by registering with gravatar. If a site adds gravatar integration then I'd expect my image to show up automatically (just like on osm.org).

And also the privacy aspect was already discussed in the original pull request for the feature - #131.
