 Currently, users are unable to create a permanent URL to a specific
 comment on an OSM diary page.

 For example, I'm writing a blog entry and I want to create a permanent
 link to a specific comment on an OSM diary entry. I have to workaround by
 providing the URL to the diary entry and then writing see comment number
 #5 made at: 13 November 2011 at 23:33
