 Needs the notes to be displayed (layers/notes).
 Try:
  - open an url containing a note, for example:
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/143946
  - close left panel "note" by clicking on the cross (under the ok button
 of search panel)
  - clic on the note again, the map should be centered, but is panned to
 the wrong direction
  - close the note panel again, clic on the note again
 Not good.
