[openstreetmap-website] Changeset comment on nodes, ways and relations confusing (#730)

The changeset comment without and description of what the text on what the text is is confusing. I had to head to the code to work out what the completely unrelated text was.
e.g. http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/170636121?utm_campaign=website&utm_source=sendgrid.com&utm_medium=email which shows "Ye Olde English Sweet Shop" which bears no relation to what it is.

The text is highlighted in this screenshot:
