[openstreetmap-website] cannot log into ID without getting error page (#731)

Hi - I have tried repeatedly for the past two hours to log in on ID to edit and I keep getting this error page. I'm using a MacBook Pro (10.7.5), I have tried it repeatedly on both the latest Firefox and Chrome. This is my first time filing a bug on GitHub, and for OSM, so I hope I did this right.
