[openstreetmap-website] Clicking on note marker before creating the note puts a 404 error in the left pane (#733)

Click the "Add a note to the map" button and then click on the blue marker before you actually create the note. The text area where you are supposed to input the note vanishes and is replaced with a 404 error.

The browser is trying to execute a GET of http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/undefined?xhr=1

I discovered this when I was trying to move the marker and my mouse and/or finger twitched and caused me to click on the marker after moving it.
