[openstreetmap-website] added retina favicon (#804)

Well I was hoping the last one that is just `rel=icon` would have worked as I realised the `apple-touch-icon` ones would only work for iPhones and iPads.

What I'd really like to see is some sort of documentation of what works where so we can work out the right way to do things. Currently your patch gets rid of the existing ico one, which scares me as it might break older browsers?
