[openstreetmap-website] It's just a jump to the left (#857)

I'm pretty sure there are already bugs for this (maybe not this exact way of triggering it, but it's all the same bug).

I gave up trying to fix it - the while client side routing/map state thing that is responsible is just a massive disaster area.
