I had also emergency=defibrillator to [Nominatim/Special_Phrases/FR](http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim/Special_Phrases/FR#fr).

Could you merge theses commits plus Nominatim/Special_Phrases/FR please ?
