[openstreetmap-website] support osm.org in HTTPS certificate (#862)

Yes, we know, but this is an operations issue, not a code issue. Note that as far as I know we (deliberately) never generate such a URL because it is not a URL we officially support at the moment.

We are currently working on reissuing the certificates with SHA256 signatures (https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations/issues/2 covers this) and we plan to add additional domains at the same time.
