[openstreetmap-website] Remove myopenid from openid providers (#785)

MyOpenID shut down in February but I noticed it's still an OpenID option on the login page. This PR removes the button as well as associated translations. I checked to see if there was anything else specifically associated with MyOpenID but didn't notice any other code specific to it.
