[openstreetmap-website] Add Wikidata-links to browse-helper (#786)

OK, I'm fine with this, it would've just been a nice-to-have. Thanks for merging it in this fast. I'm currently adding the other wikidata-tags (operator:wikidata, subject:wikidata, …), so these are also linked. But that will be another pull-request.
