These are tricky because we want to make a few distinctions here.

There's a 1:1 correspondance between a discusson and a changeset in this
case, so the terms need to match.

I think it should be something like "Show changeset discussion", and "Add
to the discussion" (some English grammar correction there), but "Subscribe"
is a little tricky and I think we want to avoid using overly computer-y
terms here.

Perhaps "Get notifications" or "Watch this discussion", etc.
