[openstreetmap-website] Registration does not work (HTTP 500) (#797)

Well clearly this is something specific to you, otherwise we would be getting lots of complaints, so the only way we're going to resolve this is to discover what is unusual about your environment.

Is the timestamp on that image link roughly the time at which this occurred? What timezone is it in?
