[openstreetmap-website] tags are not linked to wiki for redirects (#765)

In object view tags defined on wiki are linked. But redirects are not detected.

see http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/25381783/history - tertiary_link link is missing despite existence of http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Tag:highway%3Dtertiary_link&redirect=no redirect.
