[openstreetmap-website] Better history diff by adding colorization of changes (#738)

Spotting differences in an object's history can be really challenging, especially if there are lots of tags or only minor differences like changes in a value, spelling corrections or additions/removals of way or relation members.

This situation can be improved by adding colorization similar to [Mapki's Deep Diff](http://osm.mapki.com/history/). Example:

A similar colorization could be realized for changes in members of ways and relations.
