[openstreetmap-website] Bidirectional text support (#743)

It seems this change had some unintended effect.

The object pages' titles are appearing with `<bdi>` on it.
For example:

    <title>OpenStreetMap | Relation: <bdi>Joinville</bdi> (296650)</title>
