[openstreetmap-website] Bidirectional text support (#743)

So in principle we should use ```U+2068``` and ```U+2069``` here, which are directly equivalent to ```<bdi>``` and ```</bdi>``` but it looks like those (which are new in Unicode 6.3) are not well supported yet.

Using ```U+202A``` and ```U+202C``` seems to work, though I'm not really sure why given that is explicitly selecting LTR text for something that is actually RTL text...
