[openstreetmap-website] Pressing "go" on search repeatedly (with nothing in search box) pans map (#793)

Sure, however I'm not good js programer, sorry. I guess that [search.js](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/b194a3bf962cadc0c2faa0c49941e72a4b8d533f/app/assets/javascripts/index/search.js) contains the function, right?
