[openstreetmap-website] feature: selectable POI's (#706)

I like the overpass2 prototype! Is there a place for notes/feedback on it?

Before I forget, I note here:
* In the list that gets shown, why are the links all black-and-not-underlined? The user is given the impression that the list is just a list, not a list of active hoverable/clickable items. If they look like links people will notice the functionality.
* This feature would really suit being available on a right-click menu. That enhancement can easily come later, as a second wave improvement - see #251. (Also would be nice for #716 routing feature. So I think if those two things happened, we'd have a pretty compelling little right-click menu :))
