[openstreetmap-website] Google is removing OpenID 2.0 support on 20th April (#897)

I've reviewed the relevant google terms and can find nor real qualitive difference to FB and other similar ToS. In line with the LWG here https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1uemhXWKwbu3RNjAWcG0R-nEFaN1FHjZl1McFwjXkNSc/pub (item 10). agreeing to the google terms is OK.
