[openstreetmap-website] Diary: make adding images easier (#953)

While a dedicated image hosting service is hardly needed, it would be nice to provide some details as to how to add images to diary items. In the markdown explanation, one could provide a simple link to a preferential image host. And the syntax for including the message in your post.
