 I tried to view the relation for the Great Wall of China
 (https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/318110). This produced a timeout
 error because the relation is probably to big (+4000 members) reading
 ''Sorry, the data for relation took too long to retrieve''. What I am
 missing here now is a Close button to close the error message body (See
 attached screenshot).

 Note: Searching a non-existent relation like
 https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/0 shows a Close button.
