[openstreetmap-website] Notification of changeset comment should generate a OSM message, not a normal mail (#908)

(and something else in the same area) it would be nice if you could reply to changeset discussion comment emails the same way that you can to OSM message emails.  Would this also follow from Simon's suggestion above?
