[openstreetmap-website] Instruct iD to load gpx file (#745)

Could this be extended to use the URL ending in data.xml instead of just data?
That way it should work for compressed traces, too.
Unfortunately I can't figure out where the code generating the URL is nowadays so I can't send a patch myself.
