[openstreetmap-website] Disable automatic gravatar opt-in, as it violates the privacy policy (#519)

True and was goign to add that re-checking simply makes it essentially the same from a comfort pov as the current solution, but might not be really necessary (if I create a new gravatar account would my expectation be that it automatically turns up all over the place?).
