[openstreetmap-website] Implement `geo:` URLs for sharing (#799)

The geo uri in this implementation activates [OsmAnd](http://osmand.net/) on my loaner Android tablet and, somewhat to my surprise, activates [Galileo](https://galileo-app.com/) on my iPhone.
