[openstreetmap-website] Change "Subway Station" to "Rapid Transit" in en.yml locale (#935)

I think @lonvia is right that a simple `Subway` is the correct fix, and that is what I was about to commit. It's more consistent with other things like `Subway Entrance` on the next line and the map key translation.
