[openstreetmap-website] Site cleanup (a36f355)

@samanpwbb when you made the changes you set 

sup { vertical-align: text-top; }
sub { vertical-align: text-bottom; }

this doesn't really give the text effects that would normally expected (actualy sub works more like a superscript with the above). I didn't find any actual use of either markup. So except if you have  stylistic/artistic reasons for the current values, would it be ok to change them?
