[openstreetmap-website] Vector highlight colour should be visually distinguishable from median map colour (#1079)

The vector highlight colour used for showing the outline of a search result should ideally be visually distinguishable from the most common colour gradients used for showing high-frequency data in the default rendering.  As of November 2015 the default rendering uses gradients of red-orange, meaning that the vector highlight colour with a significantly differing hue.
