[openstreetmap-website] Remove HTML entities from user.auth association (#1095)

No, I means the way flashes are displayed in `_flash.html.erb`, of course. It doesn't have `raw` function call, thus it doesn't print raw html. I support that decision, or else anybody can deface the website by using translatewiki.
