[openstreetmap-website] Facebook emails are verified (#1096)

@tomhughes why not, other users [confirm this](http://stackoverflow.com/a/11847514/1297601), and I haven't found any proof og the opposite.

@pnorman if a e-mail is absent or not verified, it won't appear in the returned Graph API data, according to linked stackoverflow pages.
