[openstreetmap-website] please add "last use"d info to oauth_clients website (#1074)

I have quite a list at
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/HolgerJeromin/oauth_clients
some are quite outdated, but i have for example no clue which JOSM (or iD) auth is still used by me.
It would be nice if the list has a column "last used" additional to the created column.
