[openstreetmap-website] Suggestion: humanitarian as standard map layer (#1063)

I'm wondering if the current standard map layer couldn't be replaced by the humanitarian layer (or by a combination of humanitarian and MapQuest Open). In my opinion, the humanitarian layout has a clearer layout (e.g., streets and symbols are not overemphasised) and the colours are softer and fit better together. All in all, it looks nicer and more professional.

The town centre of Bern as shown with the humanitarian layer:
