[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Sorting the blocks given to the users by date and time created (#1202)

I was looking for the latest blocks given by Peda to different OpenStreetMap users. I expected that the [list](https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Peda/blocks_by?page=1) will have them listed by the latest block given on the top and then followed by the others. What I found was that the first one was created **5 months** ago, the second one was created **3 months** ago and the third one being created **4 months** ago. I'm unable to identify the sorting parameter used for listing [these blocks](https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Peda/blocks_by?page=1).

It will be great if they are sorted based on the date and time the blocks were created. Which will make it easy to identify the latest block given.
