It's not something I'm seeing in practice, and it's much more difficult to block. There are also other ways to bypass the block (e.g. compile your own version of the editor), but I'm comfortable dealing with those as we become aware of them and through takedown notices. Someone going to those measures is much more clearly aware that they're not supposed to be doing what they are.
