[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] share makes HTTP url even when connecting via HTTPS (#870)

Has there been any progress on this? Just bumped into the same issue myself, due to mixed content  on the embedding website the snippet was not working out-of-the-box. For the share-user this will seem like a bug and be a disappointing experience.
