 Hello there.

 I am trying do download png or pdf files but it does not work. I have
 Windows and I tried it at work and at home on different computers. I can't
 download a thing.

 It says that it is rendering but then it says timeout, and then nothing
 happens.

 Hope you can help. Keep up the good work.
